These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all Bizz1 Technologies platforms and services — including RealtoSmart, GymSmart, LeadMgtCRM, ConstructToSmart, CP RealtoSmart, and VyparEasy. By using our Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bizz1 Technologies software for your internal business purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, or transfer the software to any third party
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software for any purpose outside your internal business operations

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the software in a lawful and appropriate manner
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Promptly notify us of any suspected security breaches or unauthorized use

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into our platforms. Bizz1 Technologies may use your data solely to provide and improve the services.

We implement encryption, regular backups, and comply with applicable data protection regulations to protect your data's security and confidentiality. Our security measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage for sensitive information
• Regular automated backups
• Role-based access controls within our team

Bizz1 Technologies provides technical support as described in your subscription plan. Response times and support levels may vary based on your plan tier. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice where possible, and emergency maintenance when required.

Pricing and payment methods are outlined at the time of purchase. All fees are subject to applicable GST and other taxes. Key points:

• Subscription fees are recurring unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your plan. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• You are responsible for exporting your data before termination
• Bizz1 Technologies may retain data for a limited period as required by law
• Any outstanding payments remain due upon termination

All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights related to the Bizz1 Technologies software, platforms, branding, and content belong exclusively to Bizz1 Technologies. Nothing in these terms transfers any IP rights to you. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Bizz1 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

The preferred method of dispute resolution is arbitration, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
